Philosophy
The Physical Education Program at Guardino Elementary is designed to help
children develop to their full potential. Strong emphasis is placed
upon developing motor, social and health awareness skills, as well as positive
self-concepts and attitudes toward physical activity. Movement is the key
to attaining these goals; learning by doing is essential. We are committed to
being aware of and properly adapting to the uniqueness and individual needs of
each student. Our emphasis is placed upon making learning fun.
