Solution:
1. Make sure you are using the correct
case. If CAPS Lock is on your password may not work. Passwords are case
sensitive so carefully retype the password and/or username.
2. Make sure that you are using the
correct username and password.
3. Are you logged in at another
workstation? (you will get an error message stating that you are logged
into too many workstations simultaneously)
4. Be sure that your computer is
connected to the network (blue cable is plugged into the back of the
system.
