Referring a Student for an Evaluation/To the Child Study Team/To the Committee on Special Education
If you are the parent of a student with a disability, or are concerned that your child may need assistance with their educational program, please contact School Psychologist Mary Yonkovig at 315.686.5521 x3400 / 3401 for further assistance in setting up a referral to either the Committee on Special Education ("CSE") or the Child Study Team ("CST") for a review of your child's educational program, and/or to request that your child be evaluated as appropriate.
